Doğubeyazıt - Van - Gevaş - Tatvan Tour

Day 1 (May 2, 2022 - Monday) TRABZON - DOĞUBEYAZIT MOVEMENT

We depart from Trabzon towards Doğubeyazıt at 21.30 in the evening.
After the need breaks we will give on the way, we arrive in Doğubeyazıt on Tuesday morning.

Day 2 (May 3, 2022 - Tuesday) DOĞUBEYAZIT - MURADİYE - VAN

After breakfast in Doğubeyazıt, we move to Ishak Pasha Palace, built on the foot of the mountain, accompanied by the magnificent views of Mount Ararat.
After visiting the palace, which belongs to the Ottoman period and is one of the most magnificent structures of the region, accompanied by our guide, we turn our route to Muradiye.

We visit Muradiye Waterfall, which is located on Bendi Mahi Çay in the Muradiye district of Van, witnessing wonderful views. Then we arrive at Balık Dam on Deli Çay in Erciş to experience the excitement of the migration period of Pearl Mullet, the only fish species in Lake Van. Together, we witness the difficult journey of the fish towards the opposite side of the river. After seeing the two-hundred-year-old historical train in the area, we take a short break at the camellia and facilities. After the break, we turn our route to the city center of Van and after a two-hour journey we arrive at the city center of Van. At the first stop of our in-car city tour, there is the Cat House, the living space of our lovely friends, who are known for their different eye colors. Afterwards, we watch the sunset from the Van Castle, one of the most eye-catching works of the Urartian period, accompanied by lake and city views. We examine the Urartian period artifacts in the area and leave you alone with a short free time you will spend in the castle. Then we move to our hotel where we will receive accommodation and dinner service. (1. Accommodation: Van Life Hotel)

Day 3 (May 4, 2022 - Wednesday) GEVAŞ - TATVAN - AHLAT

After breakfast at our hotel, we set out for Gevaş at the appointed time. We arrive at Akdamar Island by taking a peaceful half-hour boat tour on Lake Van with our boat that is waiting for us in Gevaş. While watching the natural beauties of the island, we also get to know the Akdamar Church, one of the most valuable works of medieval Armenian architecture, with the narration of our guide. After a short break to watch the scenery and take pictures, we say goodbye to the island with our boat. And our next route is on our way to Tatvan. After our expedition with the view of Lake Van, we will go to the restaurant where we will have lunch service. After the lunch break, we get on our minibuses waiting for us, and after a half-hour journey, we reach the summit of Mount Nemrut and photograph the unique Tatvan - Lake Van landscapes that greet us. Afterwards, we descend to the Nemrut Mountain Chaldean, which was formed as a result of volcanism and is one of the only calderas in the world and the only one in the world. We leave the caldera by observing the cold and hot lakes and steam chimneys waiting for us in the caldera and move to our last stop, Ahlat. Here, we first visit the Ahlat Seljuk Cemetery, where tombstones exceeding four meters in length are located. Afterwards, we see Emir Bayındır Vault, Ulu Vault and Double Vault, and go to the restaurant where we will have dinner service. After the meal, we start our return journey around 21.30 after enjoying tea and a short rest.

Day 4 (5 May 2022 – Thursday) AHLAT - TRABZON MOVEMENT

We arrive in Tarbzon around 08:00 on Thursday, May 5, after our overnight journey and the need breaks we will give.
